Mobihel Cellulose High Build 1K Primer Filler is a one component 1k quick drying primer with excellent anti-corrosion characteristics.
It produces the ideal surface for the application of cellulose or two pack paints in both air-dry and low bake systems. It can be used as a primer on steel or as a filler coat on properly prepared primed surfaces. It easy to apply and flat, and has a high build.
